Yes! Students often progress quickly because they can focus in a familiar home environment. Our instructors give real-time feedback on technique, tone, and breath control — everything needed for strong trumpet playing.

Most kids are ready to start around ages 8–10, once they have enough lung capacity and hand strength to hold the instrument comfortably. Every child is different, and we adapt lessons to their age and ability level.

If you don’t have one yet, we can recommend affordable beginner models or help you rent one. Your teacher will guide you in choosing a good mouthpiece and other accessories.

We start with proper posture, embouchure, and breath control. From there, students learn to read music, play scales, and build range. As they improve, they’ll play songs in classical, jazz, and even pop styles.

 Absolutely! Our instructors can help with band music, auditions, and solos, as well as teach advanced techniques that go beyond what most school programs cover.
