Yes! If you cancel, we’ll refund you for any unused lessons. We believe in being fair and flexible with our families.

Life happens — we get it! If you give your instructor at least 24 hours’ notice, you can either reschedule or combine the time into a double lesson the following week.

If you know you’ll be missing 2 or more weeks (for holidays, travel, etc.), just give us a month’s notice, and we’ll prorate your next month’s tuition.

Teachers make every effort to stick to their schedule, but music educators are people too, and sometimes something comes up!

If your instructor can’t reschedule with you, we’ll offer a refund for the missed session. Your time matters to us!

Absolutely. Just send us an email at [email protected], and we’ll help match you with a new instructor who better fits your child’s personality, goals, or learning style. 

Your feedback is appreciated, so please share any details you're comfortable sharing so your old teacher can improve. 

We currently offer personalized online lessons in piano, voice, drums, guitar, and ukulele—with more on the way!

We typically recommend starting around age 5 or 6, but some younger students thrive with a little extra support from parents. Lessons are fully tailored to each student’s age, interests, and learning style.

Absolutely! Many of our families have multiple students enrolled. The "Sonata" and "Concerto" plans can be split between siblings.

For the amount of lesson time you get, the "Sonata" plan is $20 off the "Allegro" rate per month, and the "Concerto" plan is $90 off the "Allegro" rate per month. 

If you're eligible, be sure to use ESA Funds or Charter Funds, which can help you access free or discounted music lessons and courses. 

Yes! You’re welcome to upgrade or change your lesson plan at any time. Just reach out and we’ll adjust your schedule and billing accordingly.
