A Boutique Online Music Studio for Homeschool Families

Maestro Music is an online music studio that offers live one-on-one lessons and self-paced courses for students of all ages.

Every Maestro teacher is a professional musician who was hand-selected through interviews, mock lessons, and background checks. We work with homeschool families across the country, and we accept several charter school and ESA funds to help make lessons affordable.

Who We Are

Many homeschool families live in areas where music education options are limited. There might not be a music studio nearby, or a school band to join, or a teacher who specializes in the instrument your child wants to learn.

Every Maestro teacher is a working professional musician who was personally vetted through interviews, mock lessons, and background checks. Most hold a master's degree or higher in music. They teach live, one-on-one lessons over Zoom, and every lesson is built around your child's interests, goals, and learning style.

We keep tuition affordable because we know homeschooling already requires a significant investment. We accept several ESA and Charter Funds, and every enrolled family receives an annual curriculum stipend and access to live student recitals. Whether you're self-funding or using educational funds, we work to make music education more accessible.

What We Believe

Three ideas guide everything we do at Maestro Music:

Meet Our Team

Noah Tretter

Founder & Administrator

Noah founded Maestro Music with the goal of making quality music education accessible for homeschool families. He's a music teacher himself with a B.S. in Music and 10+ years of teaching experience. He's also served as a bandsman with the Oregon Army National Guard since 2017.

He personally selects every teacher on the Maestro team through interviews, mock lessons, and background checks. In 2026, he launched Maestro's lesson dashboard, which makes managing lessons easy, so teachers can focus on teaching, and families don't have to worry about logistics.

Camille Hatton

Teacher & Quality Manager

Camille holds a Master of Music in Conducting and has over 15 years of experience in music education. She teaches piano, voice, and drums at Maestro, and as Quality Manager she helps vet and train new teachers, develop teaching standards, and make sure the experience is smooth for both families and instructors.

She's beloved by many Maestro families for her enthusiastic, encouraging, and adaptable approach to lessons. Several parents have described her lessons to us as "magic."

Olivia Kellett

Teacher & Curriculum Developer

Olivia is an opera singer with a Master of Music in Classical Voice and over 10 years of experience in music education, including several years as an elementary school music teacher. She teaches voice and piano at Maestro, and as Curriculum Designer she develops courses and teaching resources for the team, including her Elementary Music From Home course for homeschool families.

She's especially effective with shy students and treats voice lessons as a way to build confidence and self-expression, not just vocal technique.
