Refunds are available for things like an extended teacher absence, a verified emergency, or a billing error — but they're generally not available for late cancellations (under 48 hours) or lessons that just didn't get used. We always look at individual situations, so reach out if something's come up.

Give your instructor at least 48 hours' notice and your credit is safe — you'll have 28 days to use it for a makeup lesson. Less than 48 hours' notice, unfortunately, means the credit isn't recoverable.

Heading out for less than 3 weeks? You can pause your enrollment right from your account — no need to email in. Pausing stops billing while you're away and holds your spot with your current teacher.

Your credit is always preserved, no matter what — teachers are only human! You can reschedule for that week or the next, or just hold the credit toward next month.

Of course. Send us an email at info@maestromusic.online and we'll help match you with a new instructor who's a better fit for your child. If you're comfortable sharing what wasn't working, that feedback helps your previous teacher improve.

We currently offer online lessons in piano, voice, guitar, drums, ukulele, bass, violin, cello, viola, trumpet, saxophone, and clarinet with more on the way.

We typically recommend starting around age 5 or 6, though some younger students do well with a little extra support from parents. Every lesson is tailored to your child's age, interests, and learning style.

Many of our families have multiple students enrolled. Because Sonata and Concerto plans run on credits, siblings can split time however works best for your family, and the larger plans come at a lower per-credit rate. The Sonata plan works out to $20 less per month than two separate Allegro subscriptions, and the Concerto plan saves $90 per month compared to the equivalent Allegro rate.
