Yes. If you cancel, we'll refund you for any unused lessons.

If you give your instructor at least 24 hours' notice, you can reschedule or combine the time into a double lesson the following week.

If you'll be missing two or more weeks, just give us a month's notice and we'll prorate your next month's tuition.

Teachers make every effort to stick to their schedule, but sometimes something comes up. If your instructor can't reschedule with you, we'll refund the missed session.

Of course. Send us an email at [email protected] and we'll help match you with a new instructor who's a better fit for your child. If you're comfortable sharing what wasn't working, that feedback helps your previous teacher improve.

We currently offer online lessons in piano, voice, guitar, drums, ukulele, bass, violin, cello, viola, trumpet, saxophone, and clarinet with more on the way.

Not seeing the instrument you're interested in? Let us know and we'll see if we can add a new maestro to the team.

We typically recommend starting around age 5 or 6, though some younger students do well with a little extra support from parents. Every lesson is tailored to your child's age, interests, and learning style.

Many of our families have multiple students enrolled. The Sonata and Concerto plans can be split between siblings, and the longer plans come at a lower per-lesson rate. The Sonata plan is $20 less per month than two separate Allegro subscriptions, and the Concerto plan saves $90 per month compared to the equivalent Allegro rate.

If you're eligible, be sure to use ESA Funds or Charter Funds, which can help you access free or discounted music lessons and courses. 

Yes. You can upgrade or change your plan at any time. Just reach out and we'll adjust your schedule and billing.
