Christina Bernard

Christina has been studying piano for over fifteen years and teaching piano and voice for nearly as long.

She began with classical training under acclaimed pianist Linda Gleichman before becoming a principal keyboardist and harmony vocalist for one of the country's largest megachurches — a foundation that gave her both technical rigor and real performance experience early in her career.

After relocating to New York, she founded an indie rock band that developed a cult following. As frontwoman and keyboardist, she co-produced four albums that charted on college radio and earned praise from Spin, Magnet, and Billboard, touring alongside Sharon Jones and the Dap Kings, Kate Nash, and Lucius.
